Information on First Choice Airways
First Choice Airways is part of the First Choice Holidays group. In 1987, it began flying as air2000, offering low cost leisure flights. It was rebranded to First Choice Airways in 2004. The airline operates a fleet of 32 aircraft from 15 UK airports to around 60 destinations, mainly across Europe.
On long haul flights, First Choice Airways offer Star Class and Star Class Premier. Both classes have seat back entertainment systems, a four course meal and complimentary pampering packs. Star Class Premier has a further 3 inches of legroom, priority check in and boarding and complimentary drinks on board.
On short haul flights, meals are provided as standard. If passengers do not wish to have an inflight meal, they may opt to have the cost of this removed from the price of their ticket when booking. It is possible to upgrade to the Premium Service, with benefits including an additional 3kg baggage allowance and extra legroom. .
First Choice Airways offers a celebration package which includes champagne, a luxury meal and group seating on short haul flights from Manchester, London Gatwick, East Midlands, Birmingham and Glasgow. This can be booked by telephoning First Choice Airways.
