Etihad Airways is based in the United Arab Emirates and has its main hub at Abu Dhabi Airport. Etihad flies direct daily from London Heathrow and Manchester Airports to Abu Dhabi. Connections are then available to destinations including Johannesburg, Sydney, New Delhi and Beijing.

Etihad offers Coral (Economy), Pearl (Business) and Diamond (First Class) guest zones on its international flights. Personal inflight entertainment systems and meals are complimentary in all classes. Seats in Business class recline to fully flat 6ft 1in beds, with those in First Class reclining to 6ft 8in.

A Chauffeur service to and from the airport is available for passengers travelling in First or Business Class. This is currently available in the UK, UAE, Germany and Australia, with Etihad extending the service to other destinations in the future. Passengers in Economy Class may take advantage of an Etihad coach to take them from Abu Dhabi Airport to the Etihad offices in Dubai, Al Ain and Sharjah.

Etihad Guest is the frequent flyer programme of Etihad. The programme has three membership levels, which are Etihad Guest, Etihad Guest Silver and Etihad Guest Gold. No blackout periods apply to redeeming points for free flights. Family membership is available, where all points earned within one family can be pooled.
